PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)

PMDD is a severe, hormone-related mood disorder that can significantly impact emotional well-being and daily functioning in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Together we will identify patterns in your symptoms, develop individualized coping strategies, and build skills for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and communication. .
